Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV
Another luxury carmaker entering the EV market in a big way is Mercedes-Benz. The EQS sedan debuted in 2021, and an SUV variant called the EQS SUV arrives in 2023. This electric luxury SUV will compete against alternatives like the Tesla Model X.
The sleek EQS SUV design maximizes range while retaining Mercedes’ signature styling. Estimated range should exceed 300 miles for the 2024 model. Mercedes is also expanding its fast-charging network in anticipation of this new EV.
Inside, passengers are treated to the finest Mercedes comforts and technology. The famous MBUX infotainment system features VR-like 3D graphics and natural voice control. Refinement and craftsmanship are present throughout the cabin.
Performance and handling should impress as well, with air suspension and rear-wheel steering available. Pricing is not yet announced, butexpect the EQS SUV to start around $100,000 when deliveries begin in 2023.
